Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, even after payment has been processed. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Payment

Payment is required before shipping. We accept PayPal, major credit cards, and money orders. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Products and Pricing

Products, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing or listing errors.

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 10 days after processing using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers must report missing shipments within 15 days of purchase. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import fees.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days only if we made an error on a custom item. All items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and complete. Return authorization is required before shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance.

Liability

All products are sold “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any legal claim must be filed within one month of the issue arising.
